Group coaching programs: live, cohort-based coaching with limited enrollment, delivered via video conference and community platforms.
One-on-one coaching programs: private, individualized coaching engagements with Mark Vaudreuil.
Community memberships: access to private online communities (e.g., Skool) for ongoing support and networking.

All product descriptions, pricing, and program details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Payment Processors

All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc. and/or PayPal Holdings, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of these payment processors. Stripe's terms are available at stripe.com/legal. PayPal's terms are available at paypal.com/us/legalhub/useragreement-full.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4.3 Authorization

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You authorize us to charge the full purchase amount to your designated payment method. For installment plans, you authorize recurring charges on the agreed schedule until the full balance is paid.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, access to the purchased product or service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances through lawful means.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

Digital products and self-paced courses: eligible for a 30-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase.
Group coaching programs: all sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed.
One-on-one coaching programs: all sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances once the coaching agreement is executed.

Chargebacks filed against valid, non-refundable purchases constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and to permanently terminate access to our services for users who file fraudulent chargebacks.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from SaaS Equity Partners LLC via Twilio, Inc. at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional messages required to fulfill your service agreement. See our Privacy Policy for full details on SMS data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TheAIExitStrategy.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, course materials, training modules, templates, and software, is the exclusive property of SaaS Equity Partners LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase of a digital product or enrollment in a coaching program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or sell any content without our express prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or distribute purchased course materials or coaching content to any third party.
Use our content to create competing products or services.
Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with our services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website.
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your access to our services without refund.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

Individual results will vary significantly based on your effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
